SHIRLEY TRANN (nee MCCOLL) 1927-2018 Peacefully at Misericordia Place on January 9, 2018 Shirley passed away at the age of 90 years. Predeceased by her husband David Trann and her partner Frank Philpott. She will be sadly missed by her daughter Sharon, grand-children Kenneth, Christeen, Michelle, good friend Bill, brother in law Alvin and extended family and friends. A service to honor Shirley's memory will be held on Saturday February 3, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home. The family wish to express their gratitude to the staff at Betel Home (Gimli), Misericordia Place and Health Sciences Centre. In lieu of flowers, donations in Shirley's memory may be made to The Winnipeg Humane Society or a charity of your choice. Cherish the memories Sharon, Chris, Ken and Michelle...... My memories and thoughts of your mom and grandma are of subbing for the school division for your mom/grandma when she was away from her job with special needs students. She was my step in the door to a wonderful career for 20 years. Thank you for showing me what a wonderful job it was to work with these special students.
