Condolences & Memories (11 entries)

  • Sadly I did not know Lovepreet. I do feel that we are connected to others through our associations and time shared. I have spent time with her brother Sundeep, and when I heard of this tragedy my heart went out to him and your family. You may never meet me but know I have lost loved ones, and from that loss I have healed and discovered a much deeper relationship with how I am able to relate and sympathize the loss of another's loved one. Peace to you all. My deepest Jason Bassels - Posted by: Jason Bassels (I teach her brother Sundeep Karate-Do) on: Feb 08, 2018

  • I first met Lovepreet in high school while working at Sobeys, which at the time was Garden Market IGA. Over time we became friends, getting together to hang out outside of work with a few of the other cashier girls. As the years went by, we all eventually moved on to other careers but we always made it a point to get together to catch up over dinners and coffees. She was such a beautiful caring person, with a gentle soul, a good sense of humor, and so much passion and determination in life. She was hard working and it showed so much in her many accomplishments in life, most recently with her pursuits of Henna in Vancouver. I'll also smile remembering she always had great restaurant suggestions for all our get togethers. I will miss her, and I know the rest of the group of Sobeys girls will miss her too. Rest peacefully Lovepreet. My condolences to her family, especially her mother and siblings and of course her nephew who she often spoke so fondly of. - Posted by: Sara Stouffer (Friend ) on: Jan 27, 2018
