Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMRS. KARAMDAI PERSAUD Mrs. Karamdai Persaud died peacefully at St. Boniface Hospital, on January 20, 2018 in Winnipeg, Manitoba at the age 84. Mrs. Persaud is survived by her four children, Dolly (Ram), Mike, Bibi (Mohammad), and Eric (Tina); seven grandchildren, Sandra, Sharda (Joel), Sahifa, Omar (Sadia), Aisha, Nirvanie, and Shalinie; and three great-grandchildren, Livia, Ayser, and Mikael. She was predeceased by her husband Mr. Sampat Persaud. Mrs. Persaud was born on November 12, 1933 in Port Mourant, Guyana to Mr. and Mrs. Baban. She moved to Winnipeg in 1981 to be with her children and grandchildren. Mrs. Persaud loved to cook, sew, read, garden, and care for her seven grandchildren. She will be missed and her loved ones will cherish the beautiful memories they have to her. A funeral is scheduled for Friday, January 26, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Thomson "In the Park" Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Boulevard. Pandit Venkat will officiate the ceremony.
