Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARY REIMER (nee DYCK) December 18, 1927 - January 27, 2018 Peacefully on January 27, 2018, Mary, aged 90, passed away at Concordia Place, with her family by her side. Mom was born and raised on the farm in the Winkler area. She married George in 1952 and soon after they moved to Winnipeg. They were married for 57 years until his passing in 2010. Mom was predeceased by her parents Julius and Aganetha (Wiens) Dyck, her six brothers, three sisters, and her youngest son, William (Bill). She is survived by her children Julius, George (Donna), Maria (Albert) and Evangeline (Perry), and sister Annie Toews. She was a proud Oma to six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren that she loved dearly. Mom enjoyed quilting, sewing, knitting and embroidery. A heartfelt thank you to the 2nd floor staff of Concordia Place for their care and compassion given during her time there. Funeral service will be held on Friday, February 2, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Klassen Funeral Home. Private interment will be at Brookside Cemetery. Donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, 120 Donald Street, Winnipeg, MB R3C 4G2 or to a charity of your choice.
