  • My sister was a giving person all her life that loved the farm and all it had to offer. We, the family were always welcome on weekends throughout the years. She would greet us in her front yard as we arrived with open arms and always made sure we were well fed before we left. Her bubbly character was infectious and we all enjoyed our weekend stays, year after year. I treasured my sister, although, I never told her that. I shall miss her greatly now that she is gone. The memory of our childhood and all that we went through as young adults will stay with me forever. I love you Gail and will never forget you. - Posted by: Gerry Saunders (Brother) on: Feb 04, 2018

  • When I think of Gail, I remember her warm voice, her quick sense of humour, and her amazing work ethic. I knew Gail as a fellow teacher, and of course, as a neighbour. She and Alec were the kind of folks you want as neighbours, if there was a need, they would help. I admired the way they worked together, obviously a close couple who knew each other well. I worked with Gail a few times at Komarno Hall, and will remember our talks that often started with Gail saying: "Well, you know...". And she did! I will miss Gail, but will always remember her with fondness. May Heaven be all that you hoped for, Gail. God bless you and your family. - Posted by: Judith Dedrick-Williams ans Alan Williams (friends) on: Feb 04, 2018
