HORACE HYACINTH THEODORE CARRINGTON July 8, 1936 February 3, 2018 Survived by his loving family, it is with the heaviest of hearts we announce the passing of Horace Hyacinth Theodore Carrington. Raised in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, born to Rev. William and Mrs. Beata Carrington, he was the eldest of 10 children. Aspiring to be a great example for his family, he worked hard to advance himself and eventually immigrated to Canada to complete his studies and build his life. An educator, he worked tirelessly to support many young men and women in achieving their dreams and continued to champion the accomplishments of each of his students. A man of great integrity, his influence on his family and the impact he made in his community will be forever felt. We, his spouse, children, siblings, nieces and nephews, and close family friends are grateful for the time we were able to share with him as we journey through life. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 3, 2018 at All Saints Anglican Church, 175 Colony St. We sincerely thank all who participated in his care. Please know how much your love and support was appreciated. This isn't a time of sorrow, but one of great celebration, for we know angels have welcomed him into their fold. This isn't a farewell, but an "until we meet again." In lieu of flowers,, a donation may be made to All Saints Anglican Church or a charity of choice. You can rest easy now Horace. You have completed your assignment, and it was a job well done. We love you Family and friends may sign a Book of Condolence at www.glenedenmemorial.ca Glen Eden Funeral Home & Cemetery 204-338-7111
