NELLIE YACKEL After a fun-filled life of 91 years, Nellie Yackel passed away peacefully to the song Hallelujah on February 18, 2018, with family by her side. She was predeceased by her husband Roy Yackel and her daughter Irene DeBlonde. Five generations in, Nellie will be missed by many including her daughter Debbie; son Royce (Sharon); son-in-law Clare; grandchildren, Ryan (Keri), Andrea (Tom), Lisa (Terry) and Krystin (Billy); great-granddaughters, Hannah, McKenna, Aliegha, Emily, Sarah, Kara, Cailin, Melissa, Melanie, and Meleana; and great-great-granddaughter Kaydence. Nellie was a lady who never held back. She loved to laugh and her laughter was infectious. "I hope we see the world as you did, because I know a life with love is a life that's been lived. Spread your wings as you go. When Dad and Irene see you, they'll say Hallelujah, it's about time!" Cremation has taken place. Interment to take place at a later date.
