DENISE DEMARCKE April 7, 1916 - February 24, 2018 With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Denise DeMarcke at the Villa Youville in Ste. Anne, MB. Mom will be lovingly remembered by her children: Doreen (Emile) - Josée (Leszyk) and son Liam, Jeanne, Jacques; Lloyd (Hélène) - Corey (Brittany) and Tyler; daughter-in-law Susan. She is survived by her sister-in-law Lilian Blahnik, and numerous caring and loving nieces and nephews in both DeMarcke and Saltel families. Denise was predeceased by son Norman; her parents Marie and Norbet Saltel; parents-in-law Marie and Hector DeMarcke. We thank family and friends who visited Mom regularly at the Villa. Thank you nursing staff and caregivers, you are the best. Merci beaucoup Soeur Rioux et Soeur Vermette pour l'amitié, l'attention, et vos prières. Mass of the Resurrection will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 2, at Notre Dame de Lorette Roman Catholic Church in Lorette with Reverend Father Charles Fillion as Celebrant. A private family interment will follow at Green Acres Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Denise's memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
