Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBARNEY ALLEN SMITH Barney passed away suddenly on March 6, 2018 in Selkirk, MB, at the age of 61 years. He was predeceased by his parents Agnes and Scotty Smith; brothers, Johnny, Murray and Ivan Smith; sisters Diane Maxfield, Valerie Smith and Gloria Sanderson, all of Selkirk. He leaves to mourn his sons Joseph and Adam Lecoy; daughter Nicole Bradley; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his sister Sandra Hohne; brother Teddy Smith; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews in Selkirk and Winnipeg. He also leaves to mourn all his buddies. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 14 at 12:00 noon at the Gilbart Funeral Chapel in Selkirk, Manitoba. Barney, you know when you're growing up and you meet a person that makes an impression on you, and then the words SKODIN comes out and away you go, one of many street tussles we had over our youth. I then moved on. I want to give my deepest Condolences to the family and I will light a smudge for Barney, and that will help him find his way to the promised land, may he rest in peace and never be forgotten.
