FRANCES PANCHYSHYN (nee CHAY) Frances passed away peacefully in her sleep, on March 22, 2018, at the age of 96. Frances was the last surviving member of her siblings. She was predeceased by her husband William. She leaves to mourn her children, Joyce Wagner (John), Marion Solinski (Leonard), June Hlady, Louise Wazny (Garry), Danny Panchyshyn, Glenn Panchyshyn (Debbie); her grandchildren, Larry, Jeffrey, Adam, Darren, Dana, Evan, Trevor, Luke and Reid. Frances worked for many years as a cook at various golf courses, personal care homes and curling clubs. Her last employer was the Heather Curling Club from where she retired. She took great pride in preparing meals for banquets, patrons and patients over the years. Her passion was cooking, gardening, bingo and an occasional casino trip. A celebration of Frances' life will be held on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Seasons Funeral Chapel, 576 Balsam Cresc. in Oakbank, MB. A private burial will take place at a later date at the Immaculate Conception Church Cemetery in Cooks Creek.
