Wayne is survived by his wife Wendy, of 46 years, brother Gary, nephew Joshua, nieces Brandi, Cannizzaro and Michelle Eichen, sister-in-law Bonnie Wrighton, and close friends Fred and Arlene Edwards. He was predeceased by his father Charles and mother Beryl Schaedlich (Moxon), both of Winnipeg. Wayne was born on St. Patrick's Day on March 17, 1949 in Winnipeg to parents Charlie and Beryl (Kitty). He attended Wellington School, General Wolfe and Daniel McIntyre schools. In his teens Wayne was involved in track, the Air Cadets, and playing drums for one of the many local bands of the time. Wayne, along with Wendy, enjoyed many good times with his close friends Fred and Arlene Edwards at their cabin on Granite Lake in Ontario. Wayne worked in the grain industry for over 40 years and made many friends along the way.
