Funeral service will take place at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 19, 2018, at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street, West St. Paul, MB. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, 120 Donald Street, Winnipeg, MB R3C 4G2, or a charity of one's choice. I had the pleasure of looking after Ernst and Hildegard at their residence for the last few years. They were very devoted to one another and Hilde was very sweet and generous. I knew her mostly all my life when we came to Canada from Germany. I knew her as Tante Hilde. She was always in our life as was Her Brother in law Willie and Anni her sister in law. My Father worked with her husband as a painter for many years, and were friends until they had all passed.
