SCHELL 1958 - 2018 Peacefully, on April 14, 2018, surrounded by his family and close friends, at Seven Oaks Hospital, William Schell passed away at the age of 59. Bill will be lovingly remembered by his mother Elsie, brother Don (Cindy), sister Kathy, niece Katryna (Dale), nephews Jon (Amanda), Stuart and Ryan, and great-niece Abigail. Bill was predeceased by his father Adolf Schell. Bill will always be known as someone who loved cats and was very concerned about the welfare of homeless animals. He was a man who enjoyed cooking and his backyard pool, and so was always happy to barbecue for a pool full of people. He also loved to talk about the places he had travelled to and great deals he had gotten on the internet. Bill's two favourite holidays were Halloween and of course Canada Day; when he liked nothing more than to set off a fabulous fireworks display for an impressed and captive audience. Bill's memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 25 at 2:00 p.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street. There will be a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to one of Bill's favourite charities in Winnipeg: Craig Street Cats. Glen Eden Funeral Home & Cemetery 204-338-7111

Thank you my friend Bill for being such a loving soul.
