LEONARD KORALL It is with a sad heart that I announce the sudden passing of my brother, Leonard, peacefully on April 22, 2018. I would like to thank Kevin and Katherine from Mental Health and all of Leonard's friends from 311 Furby where Len has lived since 1990, as well as all the staff of Lions Manor who have been supportive of him. I would especially like to thank Leonard's good friend Harry who treated him like a brother and of course Mary Jane, an angel who came into his life recently and treated him like a son. Leonard was a Weston boy who faced life bravely despite his mental illness. Leonard was also a Mason and Shriner who joined because he wanted to help the poor and those in need. He is survived by his brother Ken, and his niece Alexandra. Rest in peace in heaven with Mom and Dad! I love you brother, tell Mom and Dad to leave the outside light on, I'll be coming home late. There will be a private ceremony. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Independent Order of Odd Fellows. Condolences & Memories (3 entries)

  • Lenny had been part of many fellowships over the years, and he always had something to say about many things. He was a very witty fellow and had the ability to make us all laugh. Usually in November, Lenny would show up and gather his yearly cake from a few groups...that he attended. I first met Lenny in the late seventies and our lives crossed many times over the years. Rest In Peace Jo-Anne/Bob Lowenberger - Posted by: JoAnne Lowenberger (Friend ) on: May 05, 2018

  • My sincere condolences to all of you... all of us... who were touched by Leonard, a truly gentle soul. Every Sunday night he would be at St. Ignatius early for 9pm Mass, he 'shmoozed' with the musicians and loved to show me his newest acquisitions, usually faith related. He was so proud of his associations with the different groups who came to know and love him... and consider him a brother. Rest in peace dear friend. ♥ ✞✞ ♥ - Posted by: Nancy McAvoy Gajdosik (Friend from St. Ignatius Parish...) on: May 02, 2018

  • The members of the Winnipeg Elks Lodge # 10 offer their sincere condolences in the passing of Brother Leonard. His dedication, good humor and virtues will be remembered and cherished. May he rest in peace. - Posted by: Dennis Stewart (Winnipeg Elks Lodge Member and Secretary) on: May 02, 2018
