I met Paula a few times when I was going to university. We'd bump into each other in the computer science lab. Although Paula was my dad's cousin, she knew who I was right away and stopped to talk with me. I met her many years later at Sandra's funeral and, more recently, at my dad's memorial last year. Paula was very kind and compassionate and I was saddened to learn that she was ill. My deepest condolences to the family. “The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen, nor touched, but are felt in the heart.” Helen Keller - Posted by: Cynthia Zimmerman (nee Van Buren) (First cousin once removed) on: May 07, 2018

Please accept my sincere condolences on the passing of Paula. I have very few memories of Paula and sister Sandra as I only saw them on the few occasions they visited Winnipeg from The Pas..I am sorry to say that we never had the opportunity to become better acquainted. Sincerely, Hugh - Posted by: Hugh Van Buren (first cousin) on: May 07, 2018
