Remembering a very special milk run. Back in the early 60's my parents had dropped me off at Mon Oncle Raymond and Ma Tante Yolande's while my parents went on a trip. At the time Mon Oncle Raymond drove a truck picking up milk cans from the various farms and he asked me to come along. We were going down the road and came to a T-stop where you had to turn left or right. As Mon Oncle started braking, the pedal went straight to the floor and we had no brakes! He chose to turn right which we did on two wheels but he kept control of the truck. There were open cans of milk everywhere. After putting the cans back in place we still had to drive to the nearest town, which I think was Niverville, to get the brakes fixed. Mon Oncle managed to get us there by just using the transmission to brake. Boy was I ever grateful that Mon Oncle Raymond was such a great driver! I also always enjoyed all the crazy faces he could make. Repose en paix mon Oncle Raymond - Posted by: Pierre Alarie (nephew fils de Yvette Forest) on: May 10, 2018

Always the grandest smile and infectious laugh. Hard working, reliable, super husband, father and community minded man. I would say a man after God’s own heart! Truly gave till his cup was empty, R.I.P. Peace be with you eternally forever. Amen. - Posted by: Carol (Champagne) Seitz (Niece ) on: May 08, 2018

Auntie Yoyo, Robert, Guy and Mario, I send you much love at this time. I have wonderful memories of visiting St. Malo and Uncle Raymond taking time to show us around the farm. He was always so welcoming and so kind. Definitely one of the good ones! RIP dear uncle. - Posted by: Elaine Laberge (Uncle) on: May 06, 2018
