I was very saddened by the news that Doreen had left us and offer my condolences to the family for their loss. My dog show memories of Doreen go back many years. I showed some of Doreen and Norm's dogs and her brother Cliff worked at my kennel for a while. Every show brought its fair share of memories. Those of us who saw her regularly will remember (with fondness) the red and white stripped dress she wore quite regularly. I hope to attend her memorial service tomorrow. I'm so sorry. I met Doreen starting back in 1974 or so, I was showing my very first dog - not a fox terrier - but I also did animal sculptures. Doreen was helpful in getting me the RRT trophy contract at least twice as well as commissioning a couple of portrait sculptures of her dogs. She was an excellent, energetic and well liked CKC rep. Though I have not seen her in many years, I am reminded of her whenever I see fox terriers. I'm sure I met you Norm although you probably won't remember me but I send my heart felt condolences to you and the rest of you family. Take care. - Posted by: Gayle Chudzik (Dog Show Aquaintance ) on: May 13, 2018

Our beloved mother is now an ANGEL in the heavens. You are loved by many and missed by ALL. Dance like no one is watching, sing like no one is listening and know that every day we will forever be looking up knowing that we had the BEST wife, mother and grandmother that any family could ever wish or hope for. RIP Mom. You will forever be in our hearts. - Posted by: Karen Nevraumont & Brent Potts (Daughter & son-in-law) on: May 12, 2018

Doreen and my mom were friends until my mother passed in 2000. Girl guides, and dogs were their passions that I remember Doreen from. I very sophisticated lady with stature and grace. I will remember her always. Sorry for your loss. - Posted by: Wendy Flockton (Loraine Flockton’s daughter dear friend of Doreen and I knew Karen) on: May 12, 2018
