Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGRANT JOHN EGGERTSON It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Grant Eggertson on Sunday, May 6, 2018. Grant, an only child, was born in Winnipeg on July 22, 1945 to Eggert and Nellie Eggertson. He was raised in St. James and lived his adult life in Charleswood until he moved to Deer Lodge. Grant married Margaret Blair on May 22, 1971 and had 2 daughters; Shauna and Pamela. He worked his entire career at the Provincial Department of Highways. Through the years, Grant enjoyed going on road trips with his wife and daughters and spending weekends at Petersfield and Idle Wheels campgrounds with family and friends. He was a talented nature artist, and appreciated time spent outdoors, especially walking his many beloved dogs over the years. Grant will be lovingly remembered by his wife Margaret; and two daughters Shauna, Pamela (Kris) Mutcher; and two grandsons Mason and Parker. We would like to thank all the staff at the Deer Lodge Towers 3 and 7 who cared for Grant over the years. Your extraordinary kindness and compassion meant the world to him and our family. A private service has already taken place. In lieu of flowers donations in Grant's name may be made to Deer Lodge Centre Foundation where all proceeds will go to Resident Services.
