Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySYLVIA GRACE YAREMKO August 29, 1937 - May 13, 2018 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sylvia Yaremko, on Mother's Day, May 13, 2018, at Concordia Hospital. Sylvia was a ray of light and leaves behind to mourn her husband Mike, of 57 years; son Jason (Cheryl) and grandchildren, Erin and Jeffrey, son Greg (Karen) and grandchildren, Zabrina and Drake, and daughter Christine (Ferenc), son Kurtis (Leslie) and her kitty Merla. She also leaves to mourn her brother Steve, her sister Mary and brother Joe (Josie) and many nieces and nephews. Our sincere gratitude and thanks to Dr. Carl Duerksen and nurses at Concordia Hospital for their compassion and exemplary care. A Celebration of Life will take place on Friday, May 25, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street, West St. Paul. Obituary may also be viewed on Glen Eden Funeral Home website.
