KEITH LOWER October 16, 1938 - May 6, 2018 Keith Lower passed away unexpectedly on May 6, 2018. Keith was predeceased by his wife Shirley; stepdaughter Kim Paolucci; parents, Beatrice and Edward, and his sisters, Bev and Pat. He is survived by his daughters, Elaine, Debbie, Roberta (Don), Cheryl (Doug) and Diana (Patrick) and their families. Cremation has taken place and there will be no formal service.   • Keith and I worked together for many months building our cottage at Lester Beach, in 2011-2012. He always amazed me with the breadth of his skill in so many of the trades. At times, he could be gruff and cranky, but he was a pretty patient teacher to this greenhorn, and we had lots of laughs over the job.   • I worked with Keith in the mid 1980s at Transcona Dodge. He was the parts manager. I was sometimes shipper/receiver and parts driver at other times. He was a nice man and friendly.
