For some reason I was reminiscing today about my days at Eaton's Toy Dept (1974-1983). I recalled Hilda Rosser, and seeing here she passed away in 2018. I offer belated condolences. I can say that I remember Hilda (Miss Rosser to me :) as a very kind and gentle person. She tended to the dolls and stuffed animals in that section of the toy department seemingly as if they were her own possessions. She patiently tolerated my instances of tomfoolery as a teenaged young man working part-time among the toys. I hope her retirement days were happy and enjoyable.
