Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryKATHLEEN LAPOINTE (nee DUCHARME) Sadly on May 24, 2018, with family by her side, Kathleen Lapointe (nee Ducharme) passed away at St. Boniface Hospital. Kathleen was born September 18, 1935 in Kinosota, Manitoba. Kathleen was predeceased by her husband Norman, father Fred Ducharme, parents, Sarah and Leonard Asham, brothers, Jack, Raynard (Linda), Robert, and sister Peggy (Cam) Gray. She leaves to mourn her passing her daughter, Terry (Andy) Hruska, sons, Brian, Larry (Susan), Darryl, and daughter Brenda (Rick) Still; grandchildren, Kelly (Stephanie), Shelly, Jeffrey, Brian Jr. (Liz), Bradley, Stephanie (Matthew), Larry Jr. (Marianne), Amanda, Karly, Jason (Krysten), Kailee (Braiden), Taylor and Tyler, and 14 great-grandchildren. She will be missed by her sisters, Millie (Roderick) Knott, Sandra Campbell, Darlene (Albert) Gagne, brothers, Len (Blanche), Ron and Donnie (Dulcie), along with many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. A private memorial service will be held for family where she will be interred beside her husband. In spirit, Mom and Dad will be reunited for an old-time waltz amongst the northern lights. Donations, if you wish, may be made to a charity of choice. Kathleen always had a spot in my heart. She always had time to have our daily talks, she was a pleasure to be around. I will always miss your kindness, smiles and it was a great feeling to see her. She was she humble. Over the last 17 years I had a lot of memories, too many - all amazing. Now as much as I cry and wish I could have been there for u. Thank you for all you are. There is a deep void that will never be filled now your with dad let him no I miss him to. You are both free of pain. Happy anniversary reunited again. Rest in peace Kathleen(mom). To her sons my heart and prayers are with you. Brian you're a strong man, my hearts with you..keep a candle for mom in the window for a whole day for me please. If THERE is anything you want me to help you with or just talk I'm a call away 431-388-6407. My prayers are with you Brian and a bit void us going to stay with me forever (miss you always and forever),thank you for giving me the opportunity to be with your dad and mom.
