BRIAN BREY It is with shock and sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Brian Brey on June 14, 2018 at the age of 54. Born in Winnipeg, November 11, 1963, he grew up in Fort Rouge and went to Churchill High where friends affectionately knew him as Curly. Having worked his adult life as a labourer at Tuxedo Golf Course, Woodlands Tree Service, and most lengthy up to the time of his passing at Team Auto Parts. Brian was a hard worker and enjoyed working on vehicles and renovating his home. He was always willing to lend a hand with a car repair or help cut down a pesky tree. Well known for his love of Pepsi, Country and Rock music, trading favours and swapping building materials. He is survived by his mother, Lyla; sister, Joan (Brad); nieces, Donna (David) and Stacy (Shane); great-nephew, Noah, great-nieces, Ayla and Lily; uncles, Grant, George and Siggy; cousins, Michael, Janelle and Tyson. Brian was preceded in death by his father Gunter; aunt Evelyn, and cousins, Michelle and Eileen. As per his wishes cremation will take place and interment to follow at a later date.
