RANDOLPH (RANDY) SCHLOSSER Randolph Carman Schlosser, aged 58, passed into eternity on Friday, June 15, 2018 in comfort care at St. Boniface Hospital. Randy was born on July 1, 1959 in Swan River, MB to Berna (Metcalfe) and Oskar Schlosser. He attended Champlain Elementary and high school at Mennonite Brethren Collegiate Institute in Winnipeg. Randy worked for Canada Post for 30 years before his retirement three years ago. He enjoyed time spent at the family farm in the Swan River Valley. His passion was restoring classic and antique cars, trucks, and tractors. He was especially happy to spend time with his nephews and nieces, and later in life grandnieces and nephews. Randy was an avid Jets, Blue Bombers and Goldeyes fan and proud of his community. He was uncomplicated, honest, hardworking and devoted to his family and put others before himself. His selfless love and extraordinary care for his mother will be remembered forever. Left to survive Randy are his mother Berna; sisters, Dolores Koop (David) and Nancy Fraser; nieces, Alyssa (Brian), Erin (Andrew) and Lindsay; nephew Lyndon; two grandnieces and two grandnephews. He was predeceased by his father Oskar and brother Martin. A family memorial service will be held at a later date.
