She was predeceased by her husband, Mike; and her two daughters, Shirley Cormack and Judy Parkin. Anne is survived by her two sons, Ken (Michele) Kuchma and Ron (Diane) Kuchma, daughter Cathy (Allan) Urban, nine grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren. She enjoyed her time, especially having coffee with her friends at the Oakland Seniors Club, where she lived. Cremation has taken place and a family service will be held at a later date.
