Fred passed away at Saint Boniface General Hospital at the age of 77 years. A celebration of Freddie's life will take place between 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. on Friday, June 29 at the First Unitarian Universalist Church of Winnipeg, 603 Wellington Crescent at Academy Road.
