JOSEPH (JOEY) KROPP It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Joseph Kropp (Joey) on June 25, 2018, at the age of 67, after a courageous six year battle with chronic pain due to an accident. Joey leaves to mourn his passing his best friend and wife of 47 years, Sharon, sisters, Linda (Ronnie) and Bunny (Richard), brother-in-law Merv, sisters-in-law, Eleanor (Guff) and Annie (Glenn), and many nieces and nephews who all loved him dearly, as well as faithful dog Grace who was his constant companion. Joey was predeceased by his parents, Dolly and Hank Kropp, as well as his sister Valerie Antonation. Joey was born November 2, 1950 and grew up in Winnipeg. He married his high school sweetheart Sharon on February 12, 1971. He was employed at Klassen Manufacturing Ltd. until his retirement in 2008. Joey was a wonderful husband, brother, uncle and friend. He was always the source of great entertainment, stories, a joke and an ever-wise opinion and view point. To know him was to love him and he will be forever missed. Our memories will be cherished forever. Cremation has taken place. Till we meet again my Friend! NEIL BARDAL FUNERAL CENTRE 204-949-2200 neilbardalinc.com

Condolences & Memories (3 entries)

  • If anyone out there can put me in touch with Sharon I'd be so grateful. Joe was the biggest male influence on my life when I was a kid, and I'd really appreciate being able to connect with Sharon to learn more about his passing. • Sorry to hear of your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. - Posted by: Leslee Strauman (childhood friend of Bunny's ) on: Jun 30, 2018

  • You were my best friend and I already miss our conversations about F1, boats and of course cars. The day you picked up your Mercedes I had never seen you happier with the exception of Sharon. We always discussed her health and you never complained about yours. I miss you and loved you as my brother. Rest in peace. Love, Michael - Posted by: michael kay (cousin) on: Jun 30, 2018
