Condolences & Memories (1 entries)

  • I am shocked, and deeply saddened by the news of Bill's passing. My sincere condolences to his sister Bev and niece Donna. I share in your sorrow with love and friendship. My heart is heavy with sympathy. I had been searching for Bill on social media sites, because I thought it was time for a visit again, we hadn't spoken in years. However, my sister in Winnipeg forwarded me the obituary. I was surprised to hear of his lung cancer, I had it as well, and I don't envy anyone with the diagnosis. Bill was one of a kind, what else can I say. To me, he was about as dreamy as they come. We definitely had our ups and downs, but there was always an adventure waiting around the next corner with Bill. We moved out to the west coast together in 1980 and he loved British Columbia. I don't think he ever looked back. I still pine more for the prairies than he ever did. He liked his work, and was good at it. Bill had a twinkle in his eye, I don't know if everyone saw it but I sure did. Whenever I hear the song Spirit in the Sky, I think of you dearly, and you will be missed. I have a special place in my heart for you Bill. - Posted by: Judy Hollingsworth (Forever Friend) on: Jul 08, 2018
