Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARY MALVINA TAILLIEU (ANSEEUW) In the early evening of July 9, 2018 at Concordia Place our mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, mecha, sister and friend peacefully left us. Mary was the eldest of Hector and Magdalena and arrived on December 30, 1922. Mary lived in Oak Bluff on the family farm until she married George in 1946. Mary was a farm girl at heart and loved her flowers having won awards for her yard. She also enjoyed other pastimes of bingo, Bien and Belgian bowling. Mary lost three infants to the Rh factor and became a weekly donor at the Rh lab to provide antibodies to manufacture the WinRho vaccine. Her family was important and she was proud of all their accomplishments. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Marlene (Mike) Lodge, Eleanor Young, Dorene (Jerry) Rosmus and Diana Bavington (Barry); grandchildren, Colleen (Wayne), Matthew, Stacey, Pam, Brad, Cynthia (Karl), Lesley (Jimmy), and Tracey (Sam); great-grandchildren Abby, Jack, Lexi, Averie, Kamryn, Finn, Taylor, Madison, Sarah, Oskar, Tucker, Ben, Matthew, Sarah and Veronica; sister Anna; brother Gerard (Phyllis); sisters-in-law, Dorene, Frankie and Gwen. She was predeceased by her husband George; son Lawrence; sons-in-law, Eric and Gerry; siblings, Malvina, Joseph, Lawrence, Peter and Andre, and many family and friends. Mary spent her last two years at Concordia Place where many of the staff and residents became her extended family. The family would like to thank Concordia Place staff for the kindness and caring shown to our mother. If so desired, donations can be made to Rossbrook House or Concordia Place Recreation Programming. In lieu of flowers, plant a flower in the spring in Mom's memory. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 4588 Roblin Blvd on Monday, July 16, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. with a luncheon to follow.
