STEPHEN (STEVE) MELVIN PICHOR October 29, 1944 - August 12, 2018 Steve passed away from cancer on August 12, 2018, after a very short stay in the Selkirk Regional Health Centre. Steve was born in Pine Falls, MB on October 29, 1944. He was predeceased by his father and mother Henry and Helen Pichur and his brother Jim. He leaves to remember him and celebrate his life, wife Betty; daughters, Leah (Keith) and Wendy; grandchildren, Alexis, Steven, Christopher, Justin (Danielle), Cameron, Adam (Shawntae), Brayden, Amber and Greg, who he thought of as a grandson; as well as great-grandchildren, Owen, Zoey, Ella and baby Jack. He also leaves his sisters, Alice (Gordon) and Violet (Laurence); brother Gary and family and sister-in-law Shirley and family. Steve met and married Betty in 1967. He worked at Manitoba Rolling Mills until his eyes failed and he couldn't work anymore. Steve's happiest times were getting together with family and friends for barbecues, dinners or just relaxing around a fire with good conversation and listening to 1960s music on the radio. He was so very proud of his children and grandchildren and would do anything for them. They were his riches. In accordance with Steve's wishes, cremation has taken place and no funeral service will be held.
