WILMA BARTELETTE June 15, 1954 - August 11, 2018 After a lengthy and hard-fought battle with cancer, the Bartelette family announces with great sorrow and regrets the passing of Wilma Gail Bartelette on Saturday, August 11, 2018. Born in Russell, Manitoba, Wilma is survived by her loving husband Shane, stepdaughter Stephanie and granddaughter Vienna; sister Bev (Terry) Smith; sister-in-law and good friend Gail Thickett; nephews, Dale (Kristie) Smith, Brad (Kirsten and Avery) Smith, Doug (Daniella and Andi) Thickett, and niece Kim Thickett (Tyler, Jenna and Brianna). She also leaves behind cousins, Dawn (Brian) Bodner, Barrie (Jan) Tennant, Bonnie (Dale) Wondrasek, Betty (Ray) Snitinsky, and Marie (Paul) Roach. Wilma loved spending time with all her friends, sharing her great sense of humour and wit, whether it be with the girls at Smith, playing darts or sipping on a cool one at the legion. If you knew her, the feeling was mutual, you were both blessed. -- WE ALL WILL MISS YOU -- In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to any animal shelter of your choice.
