ERIC SCOTT ROSATI October 12, 1996 August 14, 2018 Eric Scott Rosati was born on October 12, 1996, and died suddenly on August 14, 2018, at the age of 21 years. Preceded in death by his 'Dido' Mato Mladjan, he leaves behind his partner, Vicky Gibson and son Christian; his loving parents Don and Jen Rosati; sisters Dawn Ashley, Brandy, Tiffany and Angie; nephews and a niece; grandmother Joyce Rosati; grandparents Carol and Dave Archibald; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and many good friends. Eric was a graduate of Elmwood High School and recently worked as an Iron Worker in Winnipeg. Eric was a caring, compassionate and charming guy! He was a family-oriented person; a loving partner, father, son, brother, grandson, uncle, nephew and friend. Eric was hardworking and loyal, the type of person who was always willing to lend a helping hand and one you could always count on. Eric was actively involved in many sports and although he always demonstrated great sportsmanship, he also had a competitive spirit and very much enjoyed the win! Eric had a very amicable personality and was courteous to all, his nickname 'E-Rock' hints at his 'fun side' as well as being dubbed 'Pooh Bear' by his Mom. Eric loved to be with kids, he enjoyed holding a little one and always took the time play and laugh. Eric's generosity is evident by the time he spent volunteering with kids at Youth for Christ. He was our bright shining star and will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts! A Celebration of Life will be held in honour of Eric on Tuesday, August 21, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. at Mosaic Funeral Chapel, 1839 Inkster Blvd., Winnipeg, MB. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Youth for Christ (website yfcwinnipeg.com or 204-669-4205) in Eric's name.
