The family expresses their heartfelt thanks to all staff of 2-ABC at Tache Centre for their love and care. A memorial service in celebration of Rob's life will be held on Saturday, August 25 at 10:00 a.m. at North Kildonan Mennonite Church, 1131 Roch St., Winnipeg, R2G 1S1. I grew up hanging out with Rob. We had a huge circle of friends and he was loved by all. Unfortunately everyone parts ways and loses track of each other sometimes. Although I haven't seen him in many years I consider him a wonderful friend and cherish the many memories I have of us hanging out. My deepest condolences to the Bell family.
