MARY KOLSINSKI Mary Kolsinski passed away peacefully at Middlechurch Personal Care Home on August 18, 2018 at the age of 98. Mary was born November 25, 1919 in East Bay, MB to Michael and Amelia Rehaluk and was the eighth of 11 children. Mary's life centered around providing a welcoming and comfortable home for all her family, especially the grandchildren. She was very house proud and took pride in her cooking and those who came to call knew they would be provided immediately with refreshments, a snack or a fine meal when they came to visit. She was so welcoming to all who visited her, that even the pet dogs knew Nana was the person to visit and were the first to the car when they heard her name. Mary is survived by her sister Anne, her brother Peter, her sons, Dennis Kole (Janet) and Wayne Kole (Olivia), her grandchildren, Julia Kole and Justin Kole. Mary was predeceased by her husband of 66 years, Matthew Kolosinski, her granddaughter Joslin Kole, the grandchildren's mother Linda Mann, her brothers, Bill, Philip, Paul, Dan and Steve, and sisters, Stefanie, Eileen and Katherine. Memorial service will take place on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel at River Ridge II Retirement Residence, 2701 Scotia Street, Winnipeg. Memorial donations may be made in Mary Kolsinski's name to a charity of your choice. The family thanks the staff of Middlechurch and River Ridge who took care of her over the past five years.
