Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEMILY ZAPOTOCHNY Peacefully on Monday, August 27, 2018, at her residence, Emily passed away at the age of 83 years. Mom lived the majority of her life on the farm in Fraserwood where she took extreme pride in her garden and hosted the best Christmas dinners. She will be greatly missed by her friend Walter; brother Danny (Shirley), sister Mary, sister Bernice, sister Kathy (Lynn), brother Eddie (Ilene) and sister Ann (Al). She was predeceased by her brother Ralph, brother Stanley, sister Rosie, her father John and mother Helen. Mom will be deeply missed by her seven children: daughter Marianne (Norman), son Ralph, son Tony (Debbie), son Stanley (Susan), daughter Sandi (Noel), daughter Laureen (Chris) and son Ron (Kim), and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. No words can describe what a wonderful, honest and hard working lady Mom was to all. Mom left us all so sudden but has gone for a well needed rest in heaven. Pallbearers will be Eric Jawolik, Shane Zapotochny, Alex Zapotochny, Greg Kryzanowski Jr. and Stephen Hans Jr. Funeral services will be on Thursday, August 30, at 10:00 a.m. at the Fraserwood Hall, Fraserwood, MB, viewing will be from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Condolences, pictures and videos may be left on her tribute wall at www.gilbartfuneralhome.com Gilbart Funeral Home, Gimli in care of arrangements.
