Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHAROLD JOHNSON October 11, 1941 - August 8, 2018 Peacefully, with family by his side, on Wednesday, August 29, 2018, Harold passed away at the age of 76. Harold is lovingly remembered by his wife Joan, seven children, Casey (Cheryl), Bonny (Cameron), Sheila (Joe), Laura (Jeff), Cameron (Dana), Nicole (Kevin), Rebecca (Jeff), and his eight grandchildren. Harold was known in the Winnipeg and surrounding area as the local Watkins Distributor, he loved farming in the Riverton area, real estate investments and hunting. No project was too big for Harold and he enjoyed hard work. Harold is survived by his sisters, Sophie Stanowski, Shirley Kozub, Margaret Polka, and brother Donald Johnson. He was predeceased by his parents, Bjorn and Edith Johnson, and brother George Johnson. Our condolences goes out to the Johnson family. We were the recipients of loving friendship and hospitality by Harold,Joan and the whole Johnson family. We spent many delightful hours together at Christian meetings, sharing our faith with others and many memorable days enjoying the warm hospitality of the Johnsons at their Riverton farm. Looking forward to the new system, where we will have the opportunity to reminisce about all the good times we spend together. Carlos and I want to express to you all our deepest sympathies at this very sad time. I sit here trying to recall a good memory of uncle to share but there are so many. The one memory that stands out the most was captured in his picture the big smile and the sound of his laughter you could not help but laugh along with him. Today, it's difficult to see beyond the sorrow but in the days to come treasured memories with him will comfort you all tomorrow.
