EVELYN (EV) ENGSTROM (nee LOGAN) September 10, 1935 - August 22, 2018 With tremendous sadness we announce the passing of Ev Engstrom after a short battle with Cancer. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Al 'Diddy', children, Ellen (Brian), Murray (Tracy), and her beloved grandchildren, Ashley (Mike) and Brayden (Jill). She also leaves to mourn her sister Nora and brother Frank, as well as many in-laws, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Frank and Marion Logan, and sister Joan Papai. Mom had numerous interests that she enjoyed and we spent many fun filled years at the camp. But her main focus was her family and she loved us with all her heart and soul. Thank you to the nurses and doctors from 3rd floor of the Lake of the Woods District Hospital for their compassionate care of Mom. Love and hugs to her best pal Helen, her longest and dearest friend Barb, and her cherished sister Nora. Mom we love you and miss you - our lives won't be the same without you. A private family service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ev's name may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or any Pet Rescue.
