HENRY DANIEL BORIS 1921 - 2018 Peacefully on Wednesday, August 29, 2018, Henry passed away, at Donwood Manor, at the age of 96, surrounded by his loving family. Henry is survived by his son Ken (Ruth) Boris and daughter Eileen Romanow (Gary): grandchildren, Ashley (Leah), Kyle, Melissa, Shawna and Brandon; brothers, Al (Freddie) and Dorland; sisters, Ella, Helen (Steve) and Marge (Lloyd), as well as his special friend Ann. He was predeceased by his loving wife Florence, and his brothers, Tony, Luke and Joe. Henry was born in Saskatchewan on November 6, 1921. After meeting Florence they married in 1950 spending 58 years together until her passing in 2008. He was affectionately known as Papa. Henry enjoyed fishing, golfing and spending time with family. He and Flo enjoyed many years of travel together and with their children. He will be sadly missed by his family and lovingly remembered by friends. Special thanks to the staff of Donwood Manor 2N for all their loving care, compassion and support. Prayers will be said on Thursday, September 6 at 7:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 8 at 11:30 a.m. also at the Chapel. Interment to follow in Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens, 455 Lagimodiere Boulevard.
