She passed away on September 6, 2018 at 3:05 p.m. Joan was born on April 3, 1934, in Walkerville, Ontario, to Michael and Elizabeth Vladika. We wish to thank the wonderful nurses and staff of the Seven Oaks Hospital and Dialysis Unit for all their great care and help. We will miss you Mom, Grandma and Great-Grandma. Hello, I wanted to express my sincere condolences to Mr. Tessier and the entire family. Your wife and mother was one of the nicest persons I have ever met in my life.
