MILDRED HENTON Peacefully on Monday, September 10, 2018 at Seven Oaks Hospital, Mildred Henton, passed away at the age of 94 years. Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Maples Personal Care Home, 500 Mandalay Drive, Winnipeg. Forever in our hearts.

Mildred looked after my sister Catherine and myself when we were little girls. She was kind and always made us eat our crusts so we would get curly hair. I guess she was right as I now have curly hair as an adult. We lost touch and I am so sorry I did not know of her passing until now. Mildred entered my life as a young girl. She cared for myself and siblings (Grace & Michael) in Brandon while our mother worked. We lost contact for many years, until she moved to Winnipeg. My best memories of her involve her delicious baking. She was a wonderful woman and will be missed greatly.
