Peacefully with family by her side, Dod passed away on September 10, 2018 at the Health Sciences Centre. She was predeceased by her parents, Sam and Mary Chodachek and her brother Bill. She will be sadly missed by her siblings, Bob (Nancy) Chodachek, Josie (Lawrence) Osiowy, Mike Chodachek and Diane (Ken) Buhler; Uncle Andy (Pat); many nieces and nephews, and cousins. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the West Broadway Community Ministry. Service of Remembrance will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 18 at Green Acres Funeral Home. Diane and family, it is so sad to hear about the loss of your sister. She was always a special person with her unique personality and laughter. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. To lose a sibling is very hard thing to deal with at any time in one's life. Live, love and laugh as it is what Dolores in her heart would want you to do. All the best.
