MILES MCMILLAN (PINKY) Miles McMillan passed away peacefully, at his home, on September 1, 2018 at the age of 61 years. He is survived by his wife Tammy; his son Myles Jr.; and his granddaughters, Peyton and Taylor. He worked for more than 43 years at Atkins Underground. He enjoyed golfing and watching sports. He was a wonderful grandfather, father and husband. Memorial service will be held on Friday, September 21, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg. The family would like to thank Dr. Ogaranko and staff for all their help and support.   • In grade five in the fall we all decided to pick nicknames at first break. I said to Miles we should call you Pinky since you go Pink in the face when it is cold. Just kinda stuck with everyone. I see it lasted a lifetime. So did mine. Pinky was a great guy, kind, generous, pleasant and a lot of fun when I knew him well all those years in the past. I see he remained the same throughout his life. Every now or then we would run into each other over the years and past pleasantries.
