Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMORSE SILDEN May 28, 1932 - September 20, 2018 The family of Morse Silden announces his passing on September 20, 2018, in the Grace General Hospital, after a lengthy illness, at the age of 86 years. Morse is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Ruth; sons, Kenneth and Jonathan (Crystal); granddaughter Lee; and grandsons, Jake and Cole. He was predeceased by his brother Myer Silverman, and sister Ruthie Silverman Nadel. A celebration of his life will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, September 24, 2018 at 603 Wellington Crescent at Academy Road (Unitarian Church). Friends and relatives are encouraged to share in a photo-biography, eulogy, stories, and condolences by visiting Morse's memorial page at IntegrityDeathCare.com. I was his first secretary I believe. At 18 I thought he was such an old guy at 32. I am now 66 so this gives me a great laugh. I shall always think of him as being 32. He was so helpful to me in dealing with a life challenge of mine. One of his favourite sayings was...if you give, then give with your whole hand. This has always stayed with me. He was a very kind and loving person who always gave and never took. My condolances to his wife and children and grandchildren. You have lost a very loving and kind man. But you all know that.
