Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryNELSON ROBERT KELCEY 1944 - 2018 Nelson passed away on Sunday, September 23 at the Selkirk Regional Health Centre. He is survived by his wife Barbara, sons, Sean (Janne) of Selkirk and Brian (Lindsey Wiebe) of Toronto, and grandsons, Duncan (Surrey, BC) and Morgan (Abbotsford, BC). After serving five years in the 2RCHA, Nelson began a long career in computer systems, working for the Government of Canada, the University of Toronto and Aramco in Saudi Arabia, retiring from Manitoba Hydro in 2004. Cremation has taken place. A graveside service and interment will be held at St. George's Anglican Church, Wakefield, MB on Thursday, September 27, at 1.00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Siloam Mission in Winnipeg in Nelson's name or to a charity of your choice. So very sorry to hear of Nelson's passing. My sincerest condolences go out to Barbara, and Nelson's family. After working together for a number of years in Victoria we always kept in touch even though we both moved away. Our last phone call late this spring was our last, where he talked about the seriousness of his illness and his great concern for caring for Barbara.
