Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryARTHUR QUIN WHITWORTH Arthur Quin Whitworth passed away Sunday, September 23, 2018. Predeceased by his loving wife Edith in 2013, he will be sadly missed by daughter Susan (Ted) Carruthers, son Roger (Linda), grandchildren, Trevor (Kim) and Dan Carruthers, Allison and Mark (Christel) Whitworth and great-grandchildren, Camrynn and Laycie Carruthers. He will be lovingly remembered by numerous nieces, nephews and their families. Art was a longtime employee of CNR. He and Edith lived over 50 years in Fort Garry until their move to the Boulton Retirement Community in 2011. Special thanks to the caring staff at the Boulton and Get U There. Also thanks to the paramedics and staff at Grace and St. Boniface hospitals in his final days. In keeping with Art's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private memorial service was held. Sorry to see this announcement. Our sincere condolences to Art's Family. We first met Art & Edith through bowling some 50 years ago. We stayed in touch through the many years until we moved to Vernon, BC. I know Art & Edith had a wonderful & full life. It was our pleasure to have been friends with them for so many years.
