GERALD DOUGLAS MALCOLM MAILMAN June 9, 1936 - September 28, 2018 It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Gerald Douglas Mailman (Bugsy to many) on September 28, 2018 at the age of 82. He's left behind four children, Katherine, Vance and twins, Martin and Marvin as well as five stepchildren, Rodney (Sherry), Rhonda, Marlene (Sylvain), Tricia (Mike) and Darryl (Lynn). Doug's blended family with Marilyn awarded him 18 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He will be missed by many family members (too many to mention) as well as an abundance of friends. Service will be held on Friday, October 5, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at MacKenzie Funeral Chapel in Stonewall. Cremation has taken place. Interment will take place at Rockwood Cemetery immediately after reception. Doug's parting words..."Don't be sad for me, I lived my life to the fullest. I love you all."   • My condolences to the Mailman family. When I first moved to Stonewall I met Doug's son and was welcomed into the family with open arms. I became very good friends with Doug's niece Lisa Bennett and hung out at the farm almost every day.
