• My family and I are greatly saddened to hear of the passing of your wonderful boy. He was a kind hearted young man. We always loved seeing him outside especially when it rained, he loved the water and the puddles. I will miss seeing that joy on his face. We are so deeply sorry for your loss. You are in our hearts. • Our hearts go out to you Ray & Lori. Stacey came home last week from program crying, as she told me that Neil had passed away. Stacey often commented fondly about Neil. She enjoyed traveling in the van to & from program with him. We definitely heard about his love for rain - like the week they went together to Camp Koinonia and it rained all week. Neil was probably the only happy camper! • Lori & Ray and Reagan This is a loss that was not expected. When I heard of this I was very very sad. We have known Neal at a very young age and had become a very special person of our block. It has been wonderful to see him grow over the years and also warm up to us and others and say HI as passing. I’m sure you have been receiving a lot of messages of him playing in the puddles “Neal’s favorite time of all” I know we will miss this also ... our side of the bay won’t be the same. • Hi. I knew Neal when he attended Oakenwald School. I was first his music teacher and then also when he would come on some field trips with us when I was one of the teachers in room 11 (IPSA program).
