EVA DICKS Peacefully, on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at the Seven Oaks Hospital, Eva Dicks, aged 97 years of Warren, MB, passed away. It was one of the real pleasures in the last couple of years I lived in Warren to be able to enjoy the stewardship over Eva's garden space. I know that she enjoyed seeing the garden being used, possibly as much as I enjoyed using it and leaving parcels of vegetables and raspberries for her. I have many fond memories of our family going to visit Auntie Eva and Uncle Ernie. Almost every visit would involve a game of bridge with my Dad joining Aunt Eva, Uncle Ernie and either Karen, Debbie or Kevin. I always looked forward to those visits, which always took place on Sundays after church. Auntie Eva was always one of my favourites of my Dad's siblings. Wendy and I, along with Wendy's parents (Harold and Myrtle) offer our deepest sympathy to the family. Although we cannot be there with you for the services, we are with you all in spirit.
