HERBERT HEMPEL March 9, 1943 - October 13, 2018 It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of Herb on Saturday, October 13, 2018. Herb is survived by his wife Allana and sons, Robb (Melissa) and Michael. Cremation has taken place and a private interment will take place at a later date.
