He is survived by Elsie, his wife of 72 years; children, Julie (Dennis), John (Kathy) and Mark (Linda); nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild, as well as his brother Samuel and sister Edna. He was predeceased by his parents and brother Peter. Thank you to the staff on 3S at Grace Hospital for the exceptional care. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Thomson "In the Park" Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Boulevard.
